We are thrilled to announce that our work with Mazda and ITV has been recognised at the 2023 W3 Awards.

Our work on the launch of ITVX in partnership with ITV has been awarded Gold in the Mobile Apps & Sites: Entertainment category.

We're proud to have worked alongside ITV to deliver their most ambitious streaming service to date. ITVX has become one of the UK's biggest and best streaming services, with over 20,000 hours of entertainment from a wealth of content partners.

Since its launch in 2022, ITVX has achieved:

  • 1 billion streams in just over 4 months
  • A 65% increase in Monthly Active Users
  • A 51% increase in new users compared to 2022

Our work on Mazda's UK website has also been awarded Gold in the General Websites: Automotive category.

In a highly competitive automotive sector, Candyspace set out to drive more and better quality leads into Mazda dealerships through ongoing experimentation and conversion rate optimisation.

Following a process of user testing and data analysis, our team were able to identify key areas where users were stalling and make suggestions on where the customer journey can be improved.

Through ongoing experimentation, Mazda's UK website has achieved:

  • 46% increase in "Book a Test Drive" form completion
  • 16% increase in users viewing Used Car stock
  • 15% decrease in bounce rate on the New Cars page
